The Division of Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion values innovation and strives to continuously enhance our service to the campus community.

 

The annual Customer Satisfaction Survey was established to gather valuable employee feedback at Cal State Fullerton. The findings from this data provide insights into the employee experience and allow our division to identify opportunities for improvement, areas of success and how to prioritize the needs of our customers. Looking ahead to the coming year, our priority will shift to a campus climate survey, which will be shared with the campus community in the Spring 2023.
