CAMPUS Re-entry UPDATES

 

Verification of Employee Vaccine Records

Prior to Chancellor Castro's announcementOpens in new window to implement a COVID-19 vaccination requirement upon FDA approval for the CSU system,   our campus developed a plan for safe re-entry which includes required weekly testing for all students and employees.  State and ASI employees that choose to be vaccinated now can opt out of the testing plan by submitting thier vaccination record for verification online through a third-party vendor, Point and Click Solutions (PNC), that is HIPAA compliant. COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics   

In partnership with St. Jude Medical Center – CSUF employees, students, and their family may visit St. Jude’s On-Site Vaccination Clinic to obtain the COVID-19 vaccine. Appointments are available until May 28, be sure to sign up prior to arrival. Other vaccine clinics are listed on the Titans Return: Vaccine webpageOpens in new window .

Campus Re-entry Update

Employees should continue to prepare to return to work on campus in the summer, most likely by July 1. MPP supervisors will give employees advance notice of their specific return to work date. In anticipation of this safe return to campus, the temporary telecommute agreements will end for all employees on June 30. Read more.Opens in new window

 

 

Changes to Single Day Access Requests

  • Effective now, employees coming to campus for COVID-19 testing no longer need to complete a Single Day Access Request form.

  • Effective Thursday, July 1, staff, managers, and faculty who are on a 12-month contract and coming to campus no longer need to complete a Single Day Access Request form.

  • Effective Monday, August 2, faculty on academic year contracts and coming to campus no longer need to complete a Single Day Access Request form.

 

 

Fall Planning Forums for Employees

HRDI and Academic Affairs will continue to partner and host Fall Planning Forums in the summer months for all employees. These one-hour forums will include the most up-to-date information about health and safety guidelines and our planning for the future. Paperless Forms Launch – Payroll Services

As we enter the third phase of the HRDI paperless forms launch, all Payroll Services eForms in MyWorkplace will transition to the new Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) portal on Friday, May 21.
