CAMPUS Re-entry UPDATES
Campus Re-entry Update – New Date August 1, 2021
The California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA) has announced new emergency temporary standards that will phase out physical distancing as of July 31, 2021. In light of this, the campus will move our fall re-entry date from July 1, 2021 to August 1, 2021. Temporary telecommute agreements will remain in place through July 31, and your division leadership will provide you with updates on your division’s re-entry plan and process. The single day access request form will also continue to be used through July 31 for employees not regularly scheduled to be on campus. Read the recent announcement sent to all employees for details.
Upload Your COVID-19 Vaccination Record for a Chance to Win Apple AirPods
We are excited to announce that all employees who voluntary submit their vaccination verification by Tuesday, June 29, 2021, will be automatically enrolled in CSUF’s Vaccination Record Incentive Health Program for a chance to win one of three pairs of Apple AirPods. Titans who submit vaccine verification will be able to opt out of weekly testing for COVID-19. Read more for official rules and vaccine upload instructions.

EAP Workplace Re-entry Support Sessions

COVID-19 Self-Reporting Form
The University requests that any employee who tests positive for COVID-19 or becomes aware that they may have been in close contact with someone who either has tested positive for or is suspected to have COVID-19 report the positive result or exposure using the CSUF COVID-19 Self-Reporting Form
