Upload Your COVID-19 Vaccination Record for a Chance to Win Apple AirPods!
Dear Colleagues:
We look forward to welcoming you back to campus in August as we prepare for the return of our students for the Fall 2021 semester. For the health and safety of our community, the CSUF re-entry plan will require weekly testing for all students, faculty, and staff. Students, faculty, and staff and can now opt out of the testing requirement by voluntarily getting vaccinated and providing their vaccine record online for secure verification.
We are excited to announce that all employees who submit their COVID-19 vaccination record for verification by Tuesday, June 29, 2021, will be automatically enrolled in CSUF’s Vaccination Record Incentive Health Program for a chance to win one of three pairs of Apple AirPods. Employees who have already uploaded their vaccine record for verification will be automatically enrolled.
