How can I change my address?
You can change your address by logging in to your campus portal. Please refer to the instructions below to make these changes.
How can I request a name change?
Employees will need to complete the Employee Action Request form and request to schedule a brief zoom meeting. Employees will need to virtually present their new social security card during the zoom meeting.

What is an I-9 document?
I-9 document is a form of documentation that employees are required to present to show their identity and authorization to work.

How can I get copies of my pay stubs?
There are two ways to view your pay stubs:
CSUF Portal:
- Login to your portal
- Go to Titan Online
- Go to Employee Pay Stub under MyPayroll and Compensation
You can also register for Cal Employee Connect. Once you are registered, please refer to the instructions below to obtain a copy of your pay stub.
COVID-19 Updates:
Given the current changes proceeding COVID-19, the State Controller’s office has discontinued the printing and disbursement of paper direct deposit advices until further notice. Direct deposit advices can be found electronically through the Cal Employee Connect portal. Direct Deposit advices can be obtained under the “Earning Statements” selection.
