campus re-entry updates
COVID-19 Vaccination Verification
The CSUF re-entry plan requires all active university employees and matriculated students, who have chosen not to voluntarily upload their vaccination record or are unvaccinated, to undergo re-entry testing prior to returning to campus for the fall 2021 semester and undergo weekly surveillance testing thereafter. Titans who voluntarily upload their vaccine record can opt out of re-entry and surveillance testing. To voluntarily submit your record, go to your employee portal and click on the “Vaccination” icon at the top of the page. Instructions to assist you during the record upload process are available here.
Testing Plan
Review the CSUF Testing Plan Flowchart to determine specific testing requirements that are applicable to you. Active employees who are unvaccinated should schedule a re-entry test appointment as outlined in the flowchart. Re-entry and surveillance testing appointment information will be available on the Titans Return: Testing Information webpage this week.
Instructions for a Safe Return
Review the Instructions for a Safe Return to Campus Guide for important re-entry action items, updates, and resources for employees to ensure a successful transition back to campus.
