General Updates

Update on Campus Access

Employees, including those who are age 65 or older and/or who have underlying medical conditions, are now able to return to campus. Employees must still receive prior approval through their supervisor or through the campus’ single-day access form. Employees in positions where they do not need to be physically on campus can continue to work remotely.

Employees who have medical concerns regarding their return to work should contact Griselda Marquez grgmarquez@fullerton.eduOpens in new window in Human Resources, Diversity, and Inclusion, regarding eligible leaves and/or other accommodations which may be available to them.

CSUF Single Day Access Form

Any employee who needs to come to campus occasionally to collect work related items or complete a work function that cannot be done from home must first get approval from their manager via the Single Day Access FormOpens in new window . Instructions on health self-check and PPE will be provided in the confirmation emails. Only approved employees are allowed on campus at this time. The Single Day Access Form replaces the need for managers to contact EH&S for a printable day pass.
