March 2026 Newsletter
The monthly health newsletter is here to help you keep your workforce healthy, motivated, and engaged all year. We encourage you to share these ideas and inspiration with your employees. In addition to our health topic of the month, we provide a variety of wellness resources to keep employees informed and energized. These include our Monthly Wellness Calendar, Calm Sessions, Move It Mondays, Wellness Webinars, and more. All resources are designed for employees of all health plans—and the best part? They’re FREE! Webinars can be viewed on demand; simply register, and a link will be sent for convenient viewing. We encourage you to incorporate these resources into your wellness program to maximize engagement and impact.
This month, we’re here to help you explore new ways to be your best YOU. Join us in building healthy habits this March—and keeping them going all year long!
Our focus for March: Weight Management. At Kaiser Permanente, we understand that total health and wellness extend beyond the doctor’s office. That’s why we provide the care, tools, and resources you need to stay active, energized, and thriving. Maintaining a healthy weight takes more than diet and exercise. We help you identify your personal needs, goals, and challnenges. Your Dr. will work with you to create a plan and will assist with keeping you on track and accountable. This may also include mental health resources, self-care support, social health services, classes/coaching, medication, or medical treatment, as applicable.
Go beyond diet and exercise!

Monthly Challenge:
Play Time – Recharge, Refocus, and Thrive! This month, we challenge you to play for just 10 minutes a day for the next 31 days. Yes play! No matter your age, taking time for play isn’t just fun; it’s essential for your well-being and performance. Play sparks creativity, relieves stress, and helps you stay mentally sharp, key ingredients to thriving at work. It also gets you moving, which supports weight management and boosts your energy throughout the day. And when you unwind and laugh, you’re setting yourself up for better sleep, helping your body and mind recover so you can perform at your best. Your “play” can be anything that brings joy and movement: a quick game of catch, a board game with friends, a walk with your kids, coloring, or even building something with LEGOs. The goal is simple: step away from the grind, have fun, and recharge. Make time to play, it’s one of the smartest moves you can make for your health, productivity, and happiness.
Visit Kaiser Permanente for more resources and information. Keep an eye out for the next installment, and we hope you and your workforce have a happy March!
