The Open Enrollment period is your annual opportunity to review and update your current benefits for the upcoming year. We encourage you to take this opportunity to review all benefits plan options and costs before making any enrollment decisions for yourself and family members. 2023 VIRTUAL OPEN ENROLLMENT
This year we will not host a Health and Wellness Expo. We will participate in the CSU Chancellor’s Office Virtual Benefit Fair held on Zoom. In order to attend this event, you must register. You must be logged into Zoom using your campus assigned email address. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link and instructions on how to join.

Q&A Sessions
If you are unable to attend the Virtual Benefits Fair, HRDI is offering individual virtual and in-person informational sessions to assist you with your Open Enrollment questions. You will have the opportunity to learn about the changes for 2024 and get your questions answered.
For virtual sessions, upon arrival, you will be placed in a queue and a representative will assist you. Please be prepared to wait for assistance.

Legal Plan Insurance Carier Change |
Effective January 1, 2024 voluntary legal insurance benefits will now be provided by ARAG. You’ll receive greater legal protection with no loss in coverage at a lower price. ARAG offers you access to local network attorneys who can help you address life’s legal situations. Plus, network attorney fees are 100% paid full for most covered matters. ARAG legal plan coverage can only be enrolled in during Open Enrollment. |
