HOW TO RESPOND TO A SUBPOENA RELATED TO A STUDENT OR STUDENT RECORDS.

 

If a process server seeks to serve you with a subpoena related to a student or student records, direct that individual to the Office of  University Risk Management . If you receive by mail a subpoena related to a student or student records, make a record of the time and date you received the subpoena and forward it to the Office of University Risk Management. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Office of University Counsel or the Office of University Risk Management.

If a process server seeks to serve you with a subpoena related to a university employee or administrative records, direct that individual to the Office of Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion. If you receive by mail a subpoena related to a university employee or administrative records, make a record of the time and date you received the subpoena and forward it to the Office of the Vice President for Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Office of University Counsel or the Office of University Risk Management.
