Capacity Building - Increase campus awareness and capacity for engaging in strategic EDI work.
Objective 1.1: Empower stakeholders across campus to recognize and implement EDI work for their unit
Objective 1.2: Intentionally curating and providing resources to stakeholders so that EDI work is aligned across campus.
Strategic Leadership - Inspire every individual to recognize their role in creating an inclusive and equitable campus. Lead and assess EDI work across Cal State Fullerton in pursuit of an inclusive and equitable campus.
Objective 2.1: Provide impactful education to campus stakeholders to build an action-oriented culture towards EDI work.
Objective 2.2: Establish campus coalitions that respond to bias and conflict incidents and provide guidance to partners on campus.
Alignment - Align efforts across campus with Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Programs as the central leader
Objective 3.1: Provide EDI infrastructure and consultation to campus partners to align efforts across campus.
Objective 3.2: Establish consistency in EDI campus messaging including via social media, websites, committees on campus, and other collaborative bodies.
