Congratulations to Titan employees who are celebrating milestone service anniversaries and thank you for your service to CSUF! Faculty and staff with qualifying service anniversaries are recognized at the annual University Awards Program.

 

Service Awards Guidelines

 

  • Years of service is calculated by Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.

  • "Service" is defined as full time, part-time, permanent or temporary, continuous employment

  • Intermittent, hourly or student employment is not included in calculations for the Service Awards.

  • Employment at CSUF prior to a break in service is not included in the calculations.

  • Service from other CSU campuses is not included.

  • The campus auxiliary organizations: Associated Students Inc., and Auxiliary Services Corporation are also included in this program.

  • Years of service calculations are separate from CalPERS service and may differ.

 

SERVICE award GIFTs

 

We recognize our employees after every five years of service to the University. HRDI has partnered with Awards Network to offer a wide selection of gift options for service gifts.

 

Service Ribbons have been distributed to each division's HR coordinator. Pelase contact your respective coordinator if you have not received your ribbon.

 

  • Employees celebrating a milestone will receive an email from award@awardsnetwork.com with instructions on how to order your gift via the Awards Network website. Most items should arrive within 10-12 days and delivery time for larger items may take up to 4-6 weeks. You can find Frequently Asked Questions here.

  • You may indicate your preferred delivery address upon checkout, either your work or home address.
