Relax and Meditate

Come and join Total Wellness for an outdoor yoga session at the ECS Lawn (near the Student Health Center). Come early to get your spot and a FREE yoga mat.

Mats will be given to the first 50 participants and must stay for the entire event. Yoga begins at 10:00am-11:00am.
