Step up for Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October and Men’s Health Awareness Month in “Movember!”

Defeat the “C” Walk
Tuesday, October 27, 2026
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Promenade Entrance by Langsdorf Hall

Meet us at the starting point or along the route to cheer us on!


The first 100 participants will snag pink ribbons and stick-on mustaches.
Bring your support posters to carry during the walk!
Snap a photo and post using #CSUFDefeatC and tag @csufhrie for a chance to be featured on HRIE’s social media!
Wear pink for breast cancer awareness!
Sport a mustache to support men’s health!
All are welcome!

Together we can show up and walk proudly to support these important causes!
