Vaccine Clinic QR code

CSUF Vaccine Clinic at the Titan Gym

Vaccines will be available on campus through the OC Health Care Agency on Sept. 10 & 13, in the Titan Gym Foyer from 8 am to 5 pm. Vaccines are available by walk-in or appointment for all students, employees and their families. Click here for the latest updates. Park at the Dumbo Downs parking lot, no permit is required. Directions to Dumbo Downs.

Booster shots are not yet broadly available at this time, however third doses of Pfizer and Moderna will be available for immunocompromised individuals. View the CDC's recommendations for immunocompromised individuals.

2022 Open Enrollment is September 20 – October 15

Open Enrollment is Sept. 20 to Oct. 15. This is your annual opportunity to review benefits and make changes for the upcoming year, effective January 1, 2022. Find more information on the CSU Open Enrollment webpage. Attend our Virtual Campus Benefits Fair to video chat with health providers and the benefits team.

2-Mile Wellness Walk Ribbon Cutting & Inaugural Walk

Join CSUF Wellness Council for a ribbon cutting ceremony of the new 2-Mile Wellness Walk and an inaugural walk on Tuesday, Sept. 28 at noon in front of the promenade entrance near Langsdorf Hall. If you plan to walk, don’t forget comfortable walking shoes–you might even find some surprises along the way! Our entire campus community can now use this 2-mile, marked path to improve their overall health and well-being while on campus. Special thanks to our campus partners and St. Jude Medical Center who made this possible.

CHRS Recruiting Onboarding Portal Launching Oct. 1

We are proud to announce that the CHRS Recruiting Onboarding Portal will go live on Oct. 1. The portal will allow users to complete required employment documents, tasks, and access important information and resources all in one virtual location. Supervisors and Onboarding Delegates will also be able to track candidate progress and complete their own onboarding tasks in CHRS Recruiting.

 

Student Hiring Moves to CHRS Recruiting Oct. 1

Effective Oct. 1, CHRS Recruiting will be utilized for all recruitments including represented Academic Student Employees and non-represented Student Assistants. Starting Oct. 1, please use CHRS Recruiting to recruit and process applicants for these positions. Visit the CHRS Recruiting website for more information and training opportunities.

 

Student Employee Time Reporting Update

Effective for the September 2021 pay period (October pay day), the Rapid Time Entry process for submitting student employee time will be discontinued. Student timekeepers will no longer need to collect timesheets, enter time via rapid time entry, or generate the CDO48 form. All facets of paying student employees, including entry, review, and approval will be handled within CMS/PeopleSoft. Updated guides for student employees and approvers are available on our website.
