Labor and Employee Relations
The Labor & Employee Relations department is committed to maintaining a positive working and learning environment that is essential to meeting the needs of our multi-cultural, diverse campus community. We aim to support the University in cultivating a positive working and learning atmosphere among the faculty, staff and students. This office provides assistance regarding interpretation and administration of the collective bargaining agreements as well as the facilitation of regulatory compliance with University policies. This office oversees the performance evaluation process, addresses grievances and investigates workplace misconduct.
