The Labor & Employee Relations department is committed to fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work and learning environment that supports the success of our campus community. We provide guidance on the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements and ensure compliance with university policies and regulations. Our office also oversees the performance evaluation process, addresses employee grievances, and conducts investigations into workplace misconduct, promoting a culture of accountability and professionalism.
