Conducting Equitable and Inclusive Searches (CEIS)
CSUF is committed to the recruitment, hiring and retention of a diverse workforce – including faculty, administrators, and staff. All search committee members participating in faculty, staff, or MPP searches are to complete a 90-minute diversity education session on equitable and inclusive search practices. Individuals serving on a search committee will have to attend a session once every two years. View training dates and FAQs.
