Jewish Faculty Staff Association
The Jewish Faculty Staff Association is an organization dedicated to the creation and maintenance of a supportive community for Jewish people on campus. We come together in solidarity to recognize and celebrate our commonalities and differences. Our primary focus is to support and advocate for each other in our struggles and in a culture where we are constantly at risk due to our identity; advocacy may involve public statements as circumstances require. We seek to engage in positive ways with administrators, students, and non-Jewish community members to think through ways to move things toward more civil and community-building responses to the challenges we all face.

Parent/Guardian Faculty and Staff Association
The mission of the Parent/Guardian Faculty & Staff Association is to bring together members of the CSUF faculty and staff. Our Association offers a community platform where faculty and staff may feel seen, valued, and heard. Our platform also allows faculty, staff, and students to learn from each other.

Women’s Faculty and Staff Association
The CSUF Women’s Faculty and Staff Association is an organization dedicated to the creation of a supportive community for women faculty on campus. We come together in solidarity to recognize and celebrate our commonalities and differences. Our primary focus is to support and advocate for each other in our struggles within the patriarchal system of higher education. In this process we will further the university strategic goals of increased attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion while we foster integrity and respect for women faculty through collegial governance
