CHRS Recruiting

CHRS Recruiting is used to advertise positions, hire, and onboard talented faculty, staff and student workers.  All 23 CSU campuses and the Chancellor’s Office will use CHRS Recruiting to hire employees by the end of 2021.  CHRS Recruiting configurations are ultimately governed by the Chancellor’s Office.

CHRS Recruiting is part of the overall Common Human Resources System (CHRS) project.  This project is a systemwide effort to move all HR functions into a single, consolidated, systemwide HR database called CHRS.  CHRS Recruiting was the first module of the new CHRS system to be implemented on Fullerton’s campus. Learn more about the overall CHRS project, which was successfully launched November 2023.
