Academic Appointments

Appointments to faculty (R03) and academic student employment (Unit 11) are managed through Academic HR Services. These include but are not limited to full time and part-time faculty appointments (including librarians, coaches, and academic counselors), department chair, and FERP.

Faculty Early Retirement Program (FERP) and Pre-Retirement Time Base Reduction (PRTB)

FERP initial appointments and changes are processed through ATM per the current collective bargaining agreement between the California State University and the California Faculty Association provides in  Article 29 .   PRTB initial appointments and changes are processed through ATM per the current collective bargaining agreement between the California State University and the California Faculty Association provides in  Article 30 .
