Assistant Director of Forensics/Lecturer
(Two-Year Appointment, Non-Tenure-Track)

Position
The Department of Human Communication Studies at California State University, Fullerton seeks a Lecturer to serve as Assistant Director of Forensics beginning in August 2017. The lecturer's primary teaching area is in forensics education. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to coaching policy debate (NDT and CEDA), traveling to regional and national debate tournaments, transporting students to and from tournament locations, assisting in the hosting and the administration of intercollegiate and high school forensics tournaments. Desirable secondary areas include argumentation, non-policy debate, and public speaking. Faculty members are expected to participate in faculty governance and engage in University/community service at a level commensurate with the position.

This is a non-tenure-track position at the rank of Lecturer.
