What if I do not have access to a computer or email?
An e-mail address is required to submit your resume online from
any computer with Internet access. If you do not have access to
the Internet, you may use the computer terminals available during
working hours in Human Resources, Monday through Friday 9:00 am
to 4:00 pm or contact your local library. If you do not have an

How do I apply if I do not have access
to a computer or resume and/or require a reasonable accommodation
due to a disability?
Individuals who are unable to access a computer or require reasonable
accommodation due to a disability may contact Human Resources for

Who will review my resume?
Your resume will be reviewed by the Human Resources Recruiter and/or
the hiring department if you meet the essential qualifications of
the job.
How long does the process take?
The process may take three to four weeks.
Who will contact me for an interview?
Typically hiring departments will contact applicants directly to
schedule interviews.
Will I be notified if I'm not selected for
an interview or a position?
Yes, a written notification in the form or an e-mail or letter will
be sent when the hiring department has made a final decision or
if they have other candidates that are more qualified.
What is the Campus Temporary Emergency Hire Program?
The Temporary Emergency Hire Program provides staffing services
to departments on a short-term basis. By working as a temporary
emergency hire, you are gaining valuable university work experience
while applying for regular full time positions.
I have submitted my resume electronically,
but I would like to also mail a hard copy. Can you please provide
me with an address?
We no longer accept hard copy resumes. If you are contacted
for an interview you are welcome to provide an additional formatted
resume to the hiring manager.
