Performance Evaluation

Staff Performance Evaluations:

If you are a full-time permanent or part-time permanent staff employee, you are reviewed annually. The annual review cycle covers the performance review period of April 16th through April 15th of each year. The staff performance evaluation process will conclude on June 30th of each year.

If you are a probationary-status staff employee, you are reviewed according to the provisions of respective collective bargaining agreements. Once you attain permanent status, you will enter into the campus annual review cycle.

MPP and Confidential (C99) Performance Evaluations:

Employees who are new to the Management Personnel Plan (MPP) are evaluated after six months and again at twelve months of service, and thereafter annually under the campus annual review program. Confidential employees are evaluated before the end of the third, sixth and eleventh month of the probationary period. Upon gaining permanency, Confidential employees are placed in the annual cycle.

The annual evaluation cycle covers the performance review period of May 16th through May 15th of each year. The process will conclude on June 30th of each year.
