How to Create an Electronic Signature Profile
in Informed Filler

The first step to creating an electronic signature is locating the exchange server that your email account resides in. To do this you need to:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on Tools on the top toolbar.

  3. Click on Services

    Click on Services

  4. Select Properties

    Select Properties

  5. Look for the Exchange Server you are assigned to under the Microsoft Exchange Server heading. Then click OK.

In this example the individual is on Exch 3, however, you could be on Exch 1, Exch 2, or Exch 3. Make a note of what Exchange you are on for use later.

Electronic Signature Setup:

  1. Open Informed Filler
  2. Click on Cancel
  3. Click on Edit at the top toolbar
  4. Click on Preferences

  5. Locate the I-Sign (POP) icon at the left of the screen by scrolling down.

  6. Click on the Set Preferences button at the right.

  7. Enter in the User ID. (This is your first initial and last name)
  8. Make sure that the first initial of the first and last name are capitalized. (Ex: CDugas)

  9. Be sure that the POP host address has your proper exchange number (in this case exch3) and append .fullerton.edu after the exchange number.
  10. Click OK
