Functioning with a staff of twenty-three (23) full-time employees, Human Resource
Services delivers a variety of services to more than 3900 faculty and staff employees. The Department provides services which include affirmative action, recruitment, classification, employee relations, employee orientation, development and training, benefits, retirement, and records along with counseling, employee information and problem resolution support.
Departmental services are delivered through seven major work groups:

- Staff Employee Relations
Working together, these teams provide a critical link to the University for employees, departments, administrators and the general public.
